We can then advise payment details. - For the National Clarion current rules and constitution, click here - You can affiliate to the CTC because the National Clarion has affiliated to the CTC. Of course you must be a member of the Clarion and you must ensure that you continue to be a member of the Clarion for the time you affiliate to the CTC.
